Empathy is the ability to put yourself in someone else’s shoes who may be different from yourself and attempt to understand/have compassion towards that person’s feelings, especially if their feelings are different from your own. If you do not consider yourself…
This is not just a Mac/IOS community issue, this is an issue within the entire technology industry. Simply put it is not a boys club anymore, and its time to grow up. The best thing that can happen to industry as a whole is to get a greater representation of women involved. Events like the one mentioned above create a negative stereotype which influences young women to choose alternative careers.
